Del Mar Country Club homes are located in the coastal community of Ranch Santa Fe. The homes in this area are surrounded by the Del Mar Country Club golf course and are considered one of the most exclusive areas in Rancho Santa Fe. Many of the homes in this area are considered Golf Course Villas with properties that sit directly on the golf front. The majority of homes here were built between 1995 to 2002 and average from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet.
The community does a have a formal association here with monthly dues of approximately $524.000 a month which includes the gated entrance with on-site guard, community pool, tennis, clubhouse and common area grounds maintenance. Unlike other communities in Rancho Santa Fe there is no additional Mello Roos tax at Del Mar Country Club.
